✦PAYMENT & REFUND✦

ᚑ You must pay for the full amount upfront before I can start working on the commission.ᚑ Payment will be requested only via PayPal and/or Ko-Fi in euros.ᚑ If the commission includes more than one character, the cost will be increased by 100% for each character added.ᚑ If a commission is near completion, you will not be refunded; that being when the commission is at the last stage, an example being shading in a shaded piece.ᚑ If the commission is cancelled for any reason, will be refunded according to the stage of completion. For a sketch commission, there will be no refund available. For a flat colour commission, it will be 50% of the price for the sketch and 20% for the lineart. For a fully shaded piece, it will be 80% for the sketch, 50% for the lineart and 20% for the flat colours.ᚑ You are allowed to request a full refund if I have not started working on your commission for 2 months; excluding periods of illness, accidents, and emergencies, which I will communicate.ᚑ I reserve the right to refuse work on a commission for any number of reasons; if that is the case, you will be refunded in full.

✦PRODUCT DELIVERY✦

ᚑ The finished commission will be sent to the email address that you provide.ᚑ Updates will be sent throughout a social medial Private Messages that I am present on or per email, depending on your preference.ᚑ I work on multiple projects at once, there is no set time for the length of the process. It will all depend on how fast you are able to communicate and how complex the project is.ᚑ Once delivered, the commission's storage is your responsibility; the loss of the product will not be refunded.ᚑ You must contact me in a fast and responsive manner; responding swiftly to any requests, clarifications, opinions, and validation of process.

✦COMMISSION USAGE✦

ᚑ Any use of the commission for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes is not allowed.ᚑ You do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.ᚑ In addition, you do not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.ᚑ You are allowed to repost my art on your accounts as long as I am clearly credited, this being with a link to one of my accounts as well as a mention of my name.

✦ARTIST’S RIGHTS✦

ᚑ I reserve the right to refuse work on a commission for any number of reasons; be it for the topic making me uncomfortable or me lacking the abilities to do so. If that is the case, you will be refunded in full.ᚑ I reserve the right to stop working on a commission for any number of reasons; most importantly if you are disrespectful to me in any shape or form. If that is the case, you will be refunded as explained in the refund section.

✦ART CONTENT✦

ᚑ I exclusively draw animals, in either anthropomorphic form (upright on two legs) or feral form (on four legs). I am most knowledgeable on felines, but am open to drawing other kind of mammals, lizards and birds.ᚑ I am not capable of drawing humans, and I have no interest in learning how to. As such, I will refuse any commission including a humanoid character, such as elves, or demi-humans (people with animal ears).ᚑ I will not draw critters such as insects, fishes and invertebrates, as I am uncomfortable with them and cannot look up references due to a fear of them.ᚑ I will not draw backgrounds as I am still in the process of learning how to construct them properly and do not feel comfortable selling my lacking abilities to you. You may request a simple colour gradient as a background.ᚑ I will not draw canonical or alternative universe rendition of characters from media and franchises, as I do not wish to make money off of pre-existing works and potentially get in legal trouble.ᚑ I will not draw political, hateful and controversial content, including racism, antisemitism, sexism, ableism, queerphobia and all similar subjects.
